The cottage plan includes a large master suite with a desk and a recliner that can be used for relaxing or work. Wi-Fi is AT&T excellent for online courses or distance learning, communications, or multi-purpose or business zooming. A king-sized bed can be used with ample space for a crib (crib) or a cot. The cottage is situated on the property’s 3.5-acre middle. There are trails that can be walked or hiked through the forest. There are also many other forests to explore. A fenced yard is available for your dog to enjoy. The cottage is located on 3.5 acres of beautiful conifer forest, which includes Pine, Fir, Manzanita and Madrone trees. There are hiking trails all around the property. A 9-hole disc golf course is available for your enjoyment. There is also a campfire pit with seating. The vacation property is extremely private. You rarely or barely see any neighbor’s homes. It is truly nestled in the forest. You will find forest trails throughout the property. From the driveway, you can access the tranquil and beautiful trails and walks that run alongside the irrigation streams (canals) across the street.
The Dutch Flat swimming pool is a great local attraction in summer. It is a large pool with a walk-in, set amongst tall conifers. It also has a volleyball court and lifeguards to keep you and your children safe. It is only a half-mile walk or ride from the cottage. This is a wonderful place to visit on warm summer days. The summit Ski Resorts are approximately 30 miles from the resort in winter.
