This tiny house looks as if it came straight out of a storybook or fairytale. Zyl Vardos is a tiny house contractor who builds tiny houses according to the specifications of each client. The tiny houses are also available for shipping anywhere in North America. Clients in all 50 states and in Canada and Mexico can now have their own tiny house. Abel Zyl owns Zyl Vardos. He has been building small houses for over 10 years. He was a pioneer in the tiny house movement. Able is also a founding member in the American Tiny House Association. He also offers tiny house building consultations to people building their own tiny house designs, and he hosts a show called ‘Ask Zyl Live,’ where people can ask any questions about tiny houses and building them. The designs are handcrafted and well-crafted with attention to every detail. On this tiny house, you’ll see the curved roofs which look like they belong in a fairytale. Also, the round windows that Abel designed are a signature feature of every tiny house he constructs.
The round windows are a great addition to any home. They have four corners that open for ventilation and look cool. He uses the highest quality materials to build his homes, including wood both inside and outside. Abel’s tiny house on wheels looks small from the outside but once you see the inside, you will be amazed at how much he can fit into these adorable little abodes. Moon Dragon is just one of many of his finished products. It has all the beautiful features he adds to each design. It is also one of his more elaborate tiny house designs. The Moon Dragon measures 9 feet by 24 feet. This tiny house, like most, has a cedar exterior with the signature handmade windows and Dutch entry. It also has a dome roofline, sleeping loft that can accommodate a queen size bed and room on either end for side tables. The main level has a large kitchen with all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals. There’s a bathroom, with a vanity, sink and Nature’s Head composting WC. He installed an attractive concrete shower with a sliding glass door. Then he added cork flooring, tongue and groove ceilings and a cork floor.
He used birch paneling on the walls. This can be painted or left natural. He also added two large wardrobes in the loft to help the clients store their clothing and belongings. The storage staircase leading to the loft also includes a sliding pantry that provides lots of storage, which is important for a tiny home on wheels. The tiny house costs $110,000 USD, as shown here. This is a great price for a home that can be moved around. It is also a fraction of the price of other homes in today’s market, so it would make sense to get a loan.
