It is the perfect escape from your hectic daily life. This charming real-log home is located in Mineral Bluff just 15 minutes away from the shops and restaurants in downtown Blue Ridge. It’s also a short walk to the picnic area, the gazebo and the fishing on the Toccoa river. The name Woodentops doesn’t refer to the swaying Pine trees or the Pine-wood Walls and Floors. It is actually the name of an old British children’s series that was a favorite in the owners’ childhood.
The log cabin is spacious, comfortable, inviting, and can accommodate up to eight guests. The living area, with its leather sofas, wood-burning stove, and 40-inch TV, is where guests gather to relax. The adjacent kitchen has pine cabinetry with laminate countertops and an electric stove/oven, as well as a refrigerator and icemaker. The master bedroom on the main floor has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower, vanity and seating area. Above the living room is a cozy loft with a king-sized bed and eclectic furniture. A bedroom with twin-size bunks will be a hit with your kids, and there is also a games room. The bedrooms are decorated in a modern rustic style, with ceiling fans to cool them.
The large wraparound deck has plenty of seating, and a charcoal grill in the style of a park is available for your favorite barbecue.
